They can make things gluten free though if you have celiac I wouldn't recommend it unless you pay attention and make sure that they change their gloves because this place does hire lots of teens and Id make sure that they get things new from the back. Anything in the salad bar is not safe for celiac due to the fact that they touch the bread and reach in there without changing gloves. I worked here for a while and Have Celiac and Id just make sure to use the stuff out of the walk in and make rice bowls off the menu to eat on my breaks and they were quite good. Another good thing you can make gluten free is the salads.
